Speaker's Bio:
G. F. Joey Musmar, CPA, ABV, CVA, PFS, leads a team of experts that provide top-of-the-line tax, accounting and advisory services; ranging from complex tax planning for mergers & acquisitions to financial and benefits planning for corporate executives and entrepreneurs. His clientele is multinational with niche businesses ranging from restaurants to medical professionals, non-profits and high tech to diversified real estate. Joey has over 14 years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. He has performed due diligence and consulted with clients attorneys to assist with structuring deals in the most efficient manner. He has assisted several clients with acquiring businesses valued at as much as $45 million.
He joined MillerMusmar as a Partner in 1999 and became the Managing Partner in 2004, with more than a decade’s experience in public accounting. He spent some of those years in two of the big-five accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. He was a significant contributor in the corporate tax compliance division for both firms and eventually formed his own full service public accounting firm, Musmar & Company. (continued)
